Presumptive Taxation

A partner receiving, partners salary and other remuneration from the partnership firm ,forms part of his business income (the amount received is been completely reflected as gross receipts from business), therefore can he declare the same under 44 AD under presumptive taxation scheme? (partnership firm is carrying out eligible business and person being individual is also an eligible assessee, and also partnership firm is claiming such amount paid to partner’s in form salary or remuneration as deductions(as expenses))
