I am salaried individual with taxable income. I also do some intraday trading and for AY 2021 2022 have a net loss of Rs 3300 over turnover of Rs 15980. Should I be opting this as presumptive income or should report as speculative income (loss) while filing returns using ITR3. Will audit apply incase if I opt for presumptive income?
