For the year 2020-2021 , I made a short term capital gain of INT 3.6 Lakh through share trading and Intraday Loss of 22K ,

1 ) Since I have no other income which form shall I use ITR-3?

2) shall I pay 15% of my short term capital gain or as per income tax slab.
