I have been earning through future option trading income. Now I want to use open HUF account in order to split profit to reduce total tax outgo. My HUF has been active since 2-3 years but I haven’t used it much and it as bank account capital of around 2 lakhs only while for trading I need at least 18-20 lakhs. Will it be ok if I transfer 16 lakhs from HUF karta and coparcener account to HUF account and use that capital for trading profits.
